Deadline for Exchanges and Returns
We accept exchange and return requests within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions for Exchanges and Returns
Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for exchanges or returns:
The products must be in their original condition.
The product must be in perfect condition, without damage or signs of use.
Products must be returned with all labels and original packaging.
All returns will be subject to review by our quality assurance team.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs related to exchanges and returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange and Return Request Process
To request an exchange or return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team via email: devoluciones@zandomxsim.com.
Indicate the order number of your purchase.
Specify the items you want to exchange and the reasons for the request.
One of our agents will respond within a maximum period of 48 hours after receiving your information.
We will provide you with the account number and the total amount to pay for the return guide.
Once we receive payment, we will send you the instructions for making the exchange and the return guide.
Exceptions
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted on purchases made at a discount or during promotional campaigns such as Hot Sale, Hot Fashion and Buen Fin, unless the product has manufacturing defects.
Guarantee
We do not offer additional guarantees beyond those established by current laws regarding consumer rights.
Processing Time
The processing period for exchanges and returns is 30 days from receipt of the request and return of the product.
Changes of Opinion
